The DOT Hazmat: Carrier Requirements - Vessel training course provides students with training on the Department of Transportation's requirements for the acceptance and/or transportation of hazardous materials by most commercial vessels, foreign or domestic, when in the navigable waters of the United States.
Students who should take this course are those who are involved in the shipment of hazardous materials by vessel. This can include, but is not limited to, workers who package materials for shipment, and load and unload hazardous materials for shipment.
